Join us for coffee hour immediately following the 10:00 am Mass, in Synod Hall (across from the cathedral offices in the hallway on the way to the restrooms.) Along with the weekly Holy Eucharist, Coffee Hour is a place of comfort where we can take the time to increase love for each other as a church community, and find the nourishment – for body and soul – to carry that love out in to the world. It is one of the ways we refill the reservoir that often becomes depleted during the week. It is also where we welcome new people and get to know them beyond just a handshake.

Many thanks to all who contributed to making our Fashion Show such a success: those who set up, decorated and sold tickets, our models, our musicians and DJ, all who placed ads in our Booster Book and purchased tickets, those who made delicious food to share and most of all, our mothers and mother-figures! A special thanks to our Junior Warden, Margaret Nartey, who chaired the organizing committee and went over and above, once again, to make it an enjoyable time of fellowship for all!

Next Sunday, May 24, please wear red for Pentecost.

This week we will bag food for the Food Pantry. Please join us Thursday, April 21st at 4:45pm.

To help make everyone feel welcome at the Cathedral, we ask that everyone wear their nametags for worship and events at the Cathedral. Look for your nametag near the parking lot entrance. If there is not one with your name on it yet, please use a temporary nametag and sign up on the sheet provided; one will be made for you the following week.

The Cathedral Arts Series at Trinity welcomes vocal artist and entertainer, Keith Spencer in “We Shall Not Be Moved: Songs and Speeches from the Civil Rights Movement” Sunday, May 17th at 2:00 pm. Join us for this uplifting performance at a time when we deeply need to recall the struggles and achievements in the on-going battle for civil rights and dignity for all. Tickets are $30 adults/$10 students; call the Cathedral office.

The next Food Pantry distribution date is – Saturday, May 23rd (2nd & 4th Saturdays this month) from 9-11:00 am. Each Thursday, we distribute hot dinners “to go” from 4:15–5:30pm at the Overbrook Avenue entrance as a satellite location for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.
