Our poinsettias have been living with us in the Cathedral since Christmas and many are still going strong! If you would like to take some home with you, please do (in all of the excitement of the Dean’s retirement, we missed making the announcement.) They are in the hallway on your way to the altar guild shop.

Walking the Stations of the Cross together on February 26th was a lovely way to observe Lent, and quite well-attended! If you would like to join us on Thursday, March 5th, we could get together and do it again. We would like to hear from your to gauge parishioner interest; please notify Patrice in the office if you can join us. We would love to see you there!

Ongoing Clergy Support for Trinity Cathedral – As we say goodbye to Dean René, please be assured that our Cathedral congregation will continue to be well cared for. The Rev. Shelton Radix will be with us for the month of March, to lead services and provide pastoral care as needed, alongside Deacon Chris Cox and our retired Associate Clergy. Many of us know Fr. Shelton from the time he and his family spent with us while he was preparing for seminary studies: let’s welcome the Radix family back to Trinity Cathedral! In early March, you can expect an update on the next steps for our Cathedral.

The Keith Spencer concert that was postponed due to snow last Sunday will now be held on Sunday, May 17th. Please stay tuned for more details and tickets.

Join us for our 2026 Fashion Show FUNdraiser! This year our event will be held on Saturday, May 9 – Mother’s Day weekend. We will be celebrating our mothers, grandmothers, and all who “mother” us! We honor you for your love, resilience and patience in developing and supporting each child and for all of this, we say, “Thank you!” Tickets will be $30 for adults, and $12 for children 12 and older.

Men, women and children are welcome to participate as models: we encourage mothers to model with their daughters (and sons!) and if modeling is not your “style”, bring your moms, grandmothers, or the special ladies in your life, to enjoy the show! We will circulate a sign-up sheet for all models, and a list for our “80+ Club” for mother-figures who are 80 and above (who will receive special recognition.)

Stay tuned for more information, sign-up sheets and tickets! We’ll also produce a “booster booklet” that will feature the names of all donors to the event. Questions? Speak with Margaret Nartey.

The Cathedral Egg hunt is “a hop-ening” on Easter Sunday, April 5th! We are good for eggs, but need fillers! Donations of small toys, candy, coins, etc. that will fit inside the eggs would help our event be “egg-stra” special for the children! Also looking for small plush animals in good condition as well. Any questions? Please E-mail Rose Cooper at rcooper609@proton.me.

The Altar Guild Shop will be open on the 3rd Sunday of March.

If you are looking for a way to become more involved with the operation of our Cathedral, please see the volunteer bulletin board just inside the parking lot doors. Here you will find posted opportunities to volunteer at the Cathedral, big and small. If you would like to advertise a volunteer opportunity, you can create your own flyer or use the form on the literature table in the main hallway.

The next Food Pantry distribution date is – Saturday, March 14th (2nd & 4th Saturdays this month) from 9-11:00 am. Each Thursday, we distribute hot dinners “to go” from 4:15–5:30pm at the Overbrook Avenue entrance as a satellite location for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.
