It is Wreath Sale time again, folks! The price of the wreaths will remain the same, just $28 each, and will be available for pick-up on Sunday, December 8th, after the 10:00 am Mass. Each will be hand-decorated and feature lots of natural elements to blend perfectly with your Christmas décor. All proceeds benefit our Cathedral.  We also have some fun and festive Christmas items to feature in our “mini Christmas market” in Synod Hall. And since it’s the second Sunday of Advent, the Altar Guild Shop will be open! Please let us know if you would like to purchase a wreath (by Sunday, November 24th, please!) You can call or E-mail Patrice D’Angelo in the Cathedral office at PatriceAtTrinity@aol.com or (609) 382-3805 ext. 100, or speak with Georgia Koenig at gbkoenig@verizon.net or (609) 273-3351!

Let’s help our brothers & sisters WARM UP! – Do you have any coats, sweaters, or hoodies that are just sitting in your closet waiting to warm up someone? We are collecting new and gently used clean coats, sweaters and hoodies:  adult, teen and children’s sizes. New sock donations welcomed too! Please bring your items by Sunday, December 29th. Thank you in advance for sharing your gift of warmth! (Distribution day is December 30th.)

Food Pantry Thanksgiving – The Food Pantry will be hosting its usual Turkey Day distribution this year. The bags of sides and fixin’s will be distributed on November 23rd. If you would like to contribute the side dishes to complete a Thanksgiving dinner, we especially need the following: stuffing, boxed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, cake/pie makings, cornbread mix, etc. (we DO receive lots of canned vegetables, so we won’t need). Items can be brought to the Cathedral any time before November 21st, when we fill the bags. Financial contributions are always welcome. Thank you for sharing!

ANGEL TREE Update – Gift request tags for Prison Fellowship Angel Tree® will be available in Synod Hall on Sunday, November 24th, before and after the 10:00 a.m. service.  Gifts may be dropped off at the Cathedral Office at any time, but are due no later than December 8th. For identification purposes, please be sure to keep the gift tag with the gift. Donations of large gift bags, scotch tape, and bows/ribbons are needed. The date for gift wrapping is still being determined but will take place sometime during the week of December 8th. The actual Angel Tree event will be in the Guild Room on Saturday, December 21st. For information or to volunteer, contact Judith Miller at (609) 586-0915 or judithm2@verizon.net; or see her after 10:00 services.

The next Food Pantry distribution date is – Saturday, November 23rd (2nd & 4th Saturdays this month) from 9-11:00 am. Each Thursday, we distribute hot dinners “to go” from 4:15–5:30pm at the Overbrook Avenue entrance as a satellite location for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.
