We are back to our regular hospitality hour – If you would like to sign up to bring an item to share, please take a look at the list posted on the bulletin board across from Synod Hall. You don’t need to bring something every week, even once per month would be welcomed. You can also sign up to help with set-up & clean-up. Each week, we will print a reminder list the same way we do with our altar servers.
We still need “hospitality bringers” for October 11, 2026.
LAST CHANCE to support the golf outing! – The Bishop George E. Councell Memorial Golf Outing is on Monday, October 12, 2026. We still need raffle and auction prizes, and you can also join us for fellowship and food at our dinner reception (featuring live entertainment this year!) Of course, donations of any amount are gratefully accepted! Our goal this year is $75,000 and we have almost reached $60,000 – can you help push our efforts over the finish line? Please see Willie Coleman TODAY if you would like to be seated at dinner with other members of the Cathedral, and call the office on Monday if you would like to make a donation of funds or prizes.
Did you know we have a Grief Support Group at Trinity? The next meeting is Saturday, October 10th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Guild Room.
One of our neighbors that has mobility issues needs a ride to church. She lives at the Luther Towers on West State Street, so close to the Cathedral. If you think you can help out (it doesn’t need to be every week) please call Patrice in the office.
Did you know that we host weekly Rosary Devotions? Our group meets via Zoom on Thursdays at 8:00 pm. You can also join via phone if you do not use Zoom. If you would like more information, and to receive a printed devotional to follow along, please speak with Cn. Paul Cooper or Erica Warner.
To help make everyone feel welcome at the Cathedral, we ask that everyone wear their nametags for worship and events at the Cathedral. Look for your nametag near the parking lot entrance. If there is not one with your name on it yet, please use a temporary nametag and sign up on the sheet provided; one will be made for you the following week.
The next Food Pantry distribution date is – Saturday, October 10th (2nd & 4th Saturdays this month) from 9-11:00 am. Each Thursday, we distribute hot dinners “to go” from 4:15–5:30pm at the Overbrook Avenue entrance as a satellite location for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.
