This work will be presented by Princeton Pro Musica on Sunday, May 5th at 4:00 pm in Richardson Auditorium of Princeton University. Tickets available at www.princetonpromusica.org. See choir members Bernard McMullan or Fran Perlman for more information.

This week we will bag food for the Food Pantry – We can use assistance the Thursday prior to each Pantry date. This week’s bagging day is Thursday, April 25th at 4:45 pm.

The UrbanPromise Summer Camp – is just around the corner. Please let me know if you are willing and able to provide snacks for one week of summer camp. Camp starts July 1st and runs through August 8th. Camp runs Monday – Thursday each week with the exception of July 4th! Be in touch to discuss and/or brainstorm possibilities. Looking forward to hearing from you at (609) 273-3351 or via E-mail at: gkoenig@urbanpromisetrenton.org. If you E-mail, please put Summer Snacks in the Subject line! Thank you in advance for all of your support over the years. It has been a blessing to many children and their entire family, and to me! ~ Georgia Koenig, Volunteer Coordinator

Models Wanted! – We are planning a FUNdraiser for the Cathedral for June 8th, entitled “Fellowship and Fashion . . . from Your Closet”! Part of the evening’s festivities will include a Cathedral fashion show, where our models will wear two outfits from their closet: one casual, and one dressy or “semi-formal”. We are looking for male and female models of all ages. If you are interested in participating, please speak with Margaret Nartey or call Patrice in the office. More details and tickets for the event will be available soon!

Share some Hospitality! – If you would like to bring an item to share for Sunday hospitality hour, ideas for items include bagels/cream cheese, fruit, baked goods, breakfast casseroles, cold drinks, etc. Please let us know what you can bring, and how often (weekly, 2x’s/month, monthly, etc.) Please speak with Larry Spears if you would like to be added to the schedule.

We are re-starting our Lay Eucharistic Ministry to Hamilton Grove Care & Rehabilitation Center – We will lead worship and administer communion every first and third Sunday of each month to the facility’s geriatric, infirm, and convalescing patients. Service leaflets are provided and we make every effort to send folks in pairs so they have assistance. Flu shots and TB vaccines are mandatory for anyone participating (must provide proof). COVID shots are welcomed but not mandatory. Please speak to Larry Spears or Dean John if you are interested in serving this community.

We are in need of 1-2 Greeters on Sunday mornings – if you would like to sign up, there is a clipboard on the literature table in the main hallway outside of Synod Hall. If you have any questions, please speak with Margaret Nartey.

Thanks to everyone who has volunteered to help lift and pack food for our Food Pantry! – we are working on a schedule of who will help and when, to avoid having too many (or not enough) people present on any given day. You can still volunteer! Please call Lourdez “Cookie” Hernandez at (609) 902-8282.
