Trinity Strings is having open enrollment for their Group String Class! This class offers children
aged 4-6 the opportunity to learn to play the violin, viola, or cello in a group setting. During
class your child will learn basic technique, theory and note-reading, as well as ensemble skills
while playing many fun pieces with their peers.

A parent or caregiver is required to attend class and practice at home with the student for the
first 2 years. This learning model allows for the most successful start for your child.

Every winter and spring the Group Class performs with Stretto Youth Chamber Orchestra
(www.strettoyouthchamberorchestra.org).

Classes consist of two semesters per year from September – December and January – June for 3 years.
After completing the first 3 years, students graduate into private lessons and Stretto Youth Chamber Orchestra.

Location: Trinity Cathedral, 801 West State St., Trenton, NJ
Time: Saturdays from 12:15 – 1:00pm
Cost: $15/class (there is no pro-rated fee for personal absences)
Financial Aid is available for families making below 50K/year
Instrument Rental: $50/semester
